We've put an intermediate sushi class on the schedule for Sunday September 29th. In this 2 hour, hands-on class you'll learn the following:

How to break down a tuna loin, and how to use it to make: saku blocks for sushi rolls, traditional Hawaiian poke, tuna nigiri, tuna sashimi and spicy tuna!

How to use a blowtorch in sushi applications 
How to make and cut topped rolls (we'll use avocado and Osaki fish cake for this roll)
Spicy tuna Doritos!!!!  (trust us)

Learn about new sauces, new recipes and fun new applications for sushi ingredients
Class size is limited to 12 students. $55 per person, and includes quite a lot of food.  You will be responsible for rolling your own sushi throughout class, as well as cutting, saucing and plating your creations.
